Raw Fluffy Fudge
No refined sugar, no dairy or wheat.
High protein high fat burning.
1 1/4 of raw organic walnuts
3/4 cup organic coconut oil
1/2 cup organic raw cacao
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup organic unpasteurized honey or maple syrup
2 tsp organic vanilla extract
2 pinch or Himalayan salt
1 tbsp. of organic extra Virgin olive oil.
1/2 cup organic shredded coconut.(optional)
1/2 cup organic unroasted Macadamia nuts
(save to sprinkle on top)
Put all ingredients into a blender, except macadamia nuts, blend until nice, and smooth. No chunks.
Grease a small square pan with some coconut oil, pour half the fudge mixture in, then take 1/2 cup of organic raw walnuts, macadamia nuts, and sprinkle over. Pour the remaining fudge on top.
Place some macadamia nuts or walnuts on top of fudge for a nice decorative look.
Place in the freezer for an hour.
Then cut and enjoy.
You can add or adjust recipe to your desired taste.
